Housing Program
The Fifth Second Chance Housing Program is a transitional housing initiative designed to support individuals who are reentering society by offering safe, affordable, and fully furnished housing. While our primary focus is on reentry populations, we also serve veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals experiencing homelessness.
Our mission is to reduce recidivism, provide stability, and promote self-sufficiency through structured living environments, supportive services, and access to community resources. We have Five 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom houses (9 more houses opening soon), each housing four residents. This program creates life-changing impact to individuals.
Each house will accommodate three to four residents, with rent ranging from $550 (shared room) to $750 (single) per bed. We accept all funding (e.g., government subsidies, reentry grants, or out-of-pocket contributions).
Through this program, residents gain not only housing but also access to job readiness resources, case management, and a supportive community environment, and all services that exists within Fifth Second Chance.
